Head Barista - Abu Dhabi - Hanani CAFE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of barista experience and two years in customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional product quality and customer experience.

• Showcase individual skills while contributing to the effort of the whole team
• Multitask and work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Provide excellent communication and training to junior barista staff
• Update and maintain professional knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and interact with customers, identifying their preferences and making personalized recommendations
• Prepare high-quality beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Coordinate order preparation from the coffee counter, ensuring prompt service to waiting staff
• Cover all aspects of the front counter role during quieter periods, including serving food, operating the till, and maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Develop a high-performing barista/counter team, providing supervision, training, and support
• Maximize revenue by increasing sales, reducing costs, and improving quality and service
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a safe working environment

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Head Barista

AED 48,000 per annum (based on AED 4,000 per month)
