H.R Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Female HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably with a background in consulting or similar industries.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the right talent is acquired.
3. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager, with a preference for experience in a consulting firm or a related industry.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
