Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the guest services and information services.
  2. Handle and distribute all guest messages/mail/telexes/parcels within 20 minutes of receipt.
  3. Forward mail as requested by guests and maintain a record.
  4. Handle unclaimed mail and arrange to have it returned periodically.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date extensive selection of booklets, guides, maps, and brochures at all times.
  6. Ensure that stamps are available at all times and are affixed in the presence of the guest.
  7. Ensure that the desk is sufficiently manned at all times.
  8. Make airline reservations/re-confirmations/re-endorsement and purchase tickets from the hotel's authorised Travel Agent.
