Guest Services Executive - Concierge
Job description
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the guest services and information services.
- Handle and distribute all guest messages/mail/telexes/parcels within 20 minutes of receipt.
- Forward mail as requested by guests and maintain a record.
- Handle unclaimed mail and arrange to have it returned periodically.
- Maintain an up-to-date extensive selection of booklets, guides, maps, and brochures at all times.
- Ensure that stamps are available at all times and are affixed in the presence of the guest.
- Ensure that the desk is sufficiently manned at all times.
- Make airline reservations/re-confirmations/re-endorsement and purchase tickets from the hotel's authorised Travel Agent.
