• Greet check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

• Service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Additional Information:

• Know the sustainable development actions set up by the hotel
• Know sustainable development related activities (exhibitions, nature outings, bike hire, parks, architecture, shops, restaurants, cooperatives, etc.)
• Know access to public transport
