Job Title: Guest Service Officer

Organization: Grand Hyatt Dubai

Summary:
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. The Guest Service Officer is responsible for contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management with relevant experience in a five-star hotel operation.
