Job Title: Concierge

Summary:
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible for assisting with any concierge-related services such as restaurant reservations, booking city tours, recommending tourist spots, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.

Preferred Qualifications:
Arabic/Russian speaker is preferred.

Qualifications:
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
