Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai is now looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor to join their team!

The Guest Relations Supervisor oversees the Guest Relations team, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and creating memorable experiences. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while leading a team to achieve service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and follow up on guest feedback, ensuring issues are resolved to satisfaction.

Team Supervision:

  • Lead, train, and motivate the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure team members adhere to company standards and procedures.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.

Operations Support:

  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage) to meet guest needs.
  • Oversee VIP guest arrivals, special occasions, and other personalized services.
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the guest relations desk and manage daily reports.

Complaint Management:

  • Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
  • Develop proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.

Brand Ambassador:

  • Uphold the hotel's image by maintaining a professional demeanor and promoting its services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and VIPs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage (Arabic, French, German, Russian etc.)
  • Other Qualities: A warm, approachable personality with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
