Job Description

  1. Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera cloud.
  2. Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.
  3. Prepare occupancy and guests report.
  4. Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.
  5. Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
  6. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.
  7. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.

Qualifications

  1. Work experience in UAE as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Opera cloud and Microsoft.
  3. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
