Guest Relations Manager Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Guest Relations department.
  2. Review guests' arrival and departure lists daily and allocate tasks to the Guest Relations team.
  3. Accommodate VIP guests and oversee their stay.
  4. Liaise with Property Services to ensure properties are guest-ready and maintain top quality.
  5. Oversee guest experiences throughout their stay, addressing all needs and concerns.
  6. Provide specialized support to guests, maintaining open communication and timely responses.
  7. Manage difficult communications with dissatisfied guests.
  8. Handle challenging situations and issues that may occur during guest stays.
  9. Coordinate with Reservations and Property Services to communicate guest expectations and issues.
  10. Manage and report claims for damages caused by guests.
  11. Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  12. Work on ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
