Guest Relations Manager

We are urgently seeking a dynamic & personable Guest Relations Manager for one of our Daylife venues. As the Guest Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed and leaves with a lasting impression.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to ensure seamless experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, ensuring personalized service.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and mentor, the front-of-house team on guest service standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, events, and promotions to inform and engage guests effectively.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a guest relations or similar customer-facing role, preferably in luxury dining or hospitality, recent European experience will be highly preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hospitality software is a plus, ideally SevenRooms.
• Fluency in English; with additional languages e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian.
• Can work in a highly fast-paced operation.
