We are looking for a personable and professional Guest Relations Executive to ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all guests. You will act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay or visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs (e.g., housekeeping, room service)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and travel information
Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on feedback and making improvements
Prepare daily guest reports and handle VIP or special occasion arrangements
Uphold company standards and ensure a high level of hospitality
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficient in using hotel management software and basic office applications
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
