Guest Relations Agents | Dubai | Pre-opening Ultra Luxury Hotel

We are seeking dynamic and experienced GUEST RELATIONS AGENTS to join the Guest Relations team of this new opening, ultra-luxury hotel located on Dubai’s coastline. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Opening: November 2024

Interviews will be conducted in August 2024, with successful candidates being finalized by the end of the month.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update profiles in the hotel management system.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth process.
• Foster and maintain positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about hotel promotions, events, and services to better assist guests.
• Ensure the lobby and reception areas are always presentable and welcoming.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, privacy, and security for all guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in a guest relations role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technology.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are desired.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
