Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Optimize Guest Journeys – Develop strategies to enhance guest experiences, from entry to exit, ensuring alignment with organizational principles.
2. Gather & Analyze Feedback – Implement feedback mechanisms to understand guest needs, identify pain points, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work with Experience Design & Delivery teams to integrate insights into journey enhancements.
4. Coordinate with External Partners – Ensure all external service providers, vendors, and stakeholders contribute to a seamless guest experience.
5. Implement Service Enhancements – Identify improvement areas, test changes, and refine guest interactions for maximum satisfaction.
6. Monitor Guest Experience Quality – Track key performance indicators, ensuring high-quality and inclusive guest experiences.
7. Train & Support Staff – Assist in training teams to deliver top-tier service at all guest touchpoints.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, Service Design, Experience Design, or Customer Experience (Master’s preferred).
2. Experience: 5+ years in guest journey design, service design, or customer experience, preferably in family-oriented services or educational hubs.
3. Expertise: Strong background in feedback analysis, service improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE regulations & local practices related to family services.
5. Languages: Fluency in Arabic & English to engage effectively with diverse communities.
