What are we looking for?

Marketing Planning Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product demand plan collection and collation, routine organization and market team review, output forecast data.
• Familiar with the planning operation process, monitor the operation of national norms, understand the product supply orders, production, logistics and other business flows.
• Protect the balance of regional product supply and demand, follow up on product inventory and shipment, and improve inventory turnover efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, good English application skills, science and technology, economics and management and other related majors are preferred.
• Sensitive to data, strong data analysis skills, excellent organization, coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with the use of data tools, such as Excel, Power BI, Python and so on.
• (Chinese nationals preferred)
• Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in related field
• Experience: At least 3+ years proven experience in the field
• Smartphone Industry background preferred

GTM Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and executing the go-to-market strategies for new handset launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and logistics) to ensure product availability and readiness for launch.
• Work with the sales team to define key markets and launch schedules.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitive products and trends in the mobile handset industry.
• Support the preparation of product positioning based on market insights and competitive analysis.
• Track the performance of GTM initiatives and product sales, providing regular updates and insights to the GTM team.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to measure product performance, marketing effectiveness, and ROI of GTM activities.
• Be the point of contact for any questions or issues related to the handsets, ensuring the team is equipped with product knowledge.
• Assist in tracking budgets and expenses related to marketing campaigns and product launches.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management, preferably in the mobile handset or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic understanding of mobile handsets, smartphones, and industry trends.
• This role requires attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.
• The GTM Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the successful launch and market performance of new handsets.
