We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Dubai to work directly with the leadership team of LeveX on driving user engagement, acquisition, and platform growth.

Job Description

Position Overview
As the Growth Marketing Manager at LeveX, you will be at the forefront of our mission to double user trading activity within the next six months. Your role will focus on both acquiring new users and enhancing engagement among our existing community. You will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, leveraging channels such as email, push notifications, and SMS to drive user growth and activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative growth strategies to attract new users and increase engagement among existing users.
• Utilize various channels, including email marketing, push notifications, and SMS campaigns, to reach and engage our target audience.
• Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with product developments and company goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in A/B testing and data analysis within marketing.
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels (email, push notifications, SMS) and their optimization.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
