Job Purpose
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving scalable and sustainable growth across digital and offline channels by developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue through innovative campaigns, A/B testing, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The Growth Marketing Manager leverages insights and analytics to identify opportunities, refine tactics, and deliver measurable results that align with the UAB’s business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
Marketing Growth Strategy Development, Execution, and Tracking:
- Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media, email, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics, leveraging analytics tools to optimize results.
- Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments to identify and implement high-impact strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the UAB’s goals.
- Identify target audiences and determine the best platforms and content to engage them.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates to foster a positive online community.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve strategy.
Website Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive website marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure the website serves as a key marketing tool for driving traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions.
- Oversee the creation, updating, and optimization of website content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
- Implement and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and ensure content is optimized for target keywords.
- Monitor and improve website technical SEO, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture.
Leadership, Collaboration, and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
- Work closely with product, sales, and data teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product offerings.
- Collaborate with external agencies to develop consumer awareness initiatives as required.
- Coordinate with relevant bank units to prepare a summary report for the Central Bank detailing the previous year’s educational and awareness activities and proposed plans.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize growth opportunities.
Educational and Awareness Programs:
- Oversee educational and awareness programs designed for bank customers and the general public.
- Conduct an annual review of educational initiatives based on impact and reach criteria, making necessary improvements to awareness programs.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communication, with at least 3 years in a Growth Marketing role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful Growth Marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and consumer awareness programs.
