Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Craft a compelling brand strategy, including defining style guides, brand guidelines, vision, and value proposition for short- and long-term goals.
Manage and allocate a substantial marketing budget across traditional and digital (SEO, SEM, ASO, Social Media) channels to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Oversee agency relationships to ensure performance targets and KPIs are met.
Collaborate with founders, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
5-10 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in tech startups.
Proven track record of driving rapid user acquisition and scaling growth.
Expertise in managing large marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
Strong leadership and agency management skills.
