Job Summary: The Growth Marketing Manager will focus on driving lead generation, nurturing the employer base, and boosting inbound leads for the sales team. Supported by dedicated resources for content creation and performance marketing, this role involves strategizing and executing multi-channel campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market positioning in the competitive B2B/tech recruitment space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the employer base and generate leads.
    • Optimize campaigns across email, SEO, SEM, and social media using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
    • Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform decisions.
  2. Product Advocacy and Messaging:
    • Articulate product benefits through compelling messaging and sales materials.
    • Collaborate on innovative deliverables to enhance product positioning and market differentiation.
  3. Website and Conversion Optimization:
    • Improve website experiences, optimize key pages, and boost conversion rates through strategic enhancements.
  4. Sales and Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Align with product, tech, and sales teams to enable sales success and market growth.
    • Develop tools and training for the sales team to communicate product value effectively.
  5. Content Marketing and Brand Awareness:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, SEO-aligned content to increase organic traffic and engagement.
    • Lead brand awareness projects to strengthen visibility and employer reach.
  6. Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Leverage analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement nurture sequences and retargeting flows to enhance engagement.
  7. Project Management and Leadership:
    • Manage marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Provide mentorship to junior team members and foster cross-departmental collaboration.
