Role summary

You will be part of the Core Growth Team at Astra Tech. As a Marketing Associate, you will help execute and manage influencer partnerships, offline marketing campaigns, event activations, and other OOH projects. You will collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition for all businesses under the Astra portfolio.

What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Track influencer performance, engagement metrics, and ROI to optimize future collaborations.
• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities for brand presence in malls, campuses, and other high-footfall areas.
• Work with radio stations and traditional media partners to develop ad campaigns, sponsorships, and brand mentions.
• Assist in creative brainstorming and content ideation for various campaigns.
• Assist in the organization of on-ground activations, pop-up events, and sponsorships to increase customer engagement.

What you will need

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on influencer marketing, OOH advertising, offline activations, and media partnerships.
• Prior experience in a marketing/OOH agency or managing external vendors/partners is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors, influencers, and agencies.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for better impact.
• Experience in fintech is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and work with stakeholders internally and externally.
