We're on a mission to revolutionize money transfers, making it seamless and affordable for users to send money home. As our Growth & Data Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind scaling our app's adoption, user engagement, and most importantly, revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven growth plans to skyrocket money transfer user adoption, retention, and ultimately, revenue.
  • Analyze user behavior and app performance metrics to uncover actionable insights that will improve app monetization and user engagement.
  • Develop and execute segmentation strategies to target users with personalized offers and promotions aimed at increasing in-app purchases and revenue generation, particularly related to international money transfers.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like ARPU, conversion rates, and retention metrics. These are your north star for maximizing app revenue.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns using both quantitative and qualitative data to achieve exceptional results.
  • Present your findings, insights, and recommendations with data-driven confidence. Be the voice that drives key decision-making and prioritizes growth initiatives effectively.
  • Partner with marketing, data, and product teams to craft and execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Conduct data analysis to extract insights on user behavior, product usage, and market trends.
  • Develop and sustain thorough dashboards to monitor Growth Funnel (AARRR) key performance indicators.

Objectives:

  • Objective 1: Boost international money transfer user base by 30% by Q4 via targeted campaigns and in-app incentives.
  • Objective 2: Improve average revenue per user (ARPU) by 15% by Q4 through user segmentation, personalized offers, and A/B testing of monetization strategies.

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in app growth (B2C), ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven track record of growing user bases and revenue through innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficient in SQL with strong analytical skills and experience in data handling.
  • Excellent understanding of user acquisition and retention best practices.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, with a demonstrated ability to create insightful and visually appealing dashboards.
  • A knack for storytelling with data; you can translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for building and inspiring teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset; you make decisions based on user insights.
