Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)

Nationality: Any Nationality

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Location: United Arab Emirates

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Job Function: Hospitality / Medicare / Account Management

Skillset: Groups reservation, Client Communication & Coordination

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating with all departments regarding events & meetings.
  2. Preparing event proposals and contracts.
  3. Preparing event orders.
  4. Planning for events and meeting staffing and guest requirements.
  5. Preparing pro-form invoices and tax invoices.
  6. Daily posting and billing.
  7. Coordination with finance team regarding pay masters.
  8. Applying DCT permit and follow up daily in TAMM portal for DCT circular updates.
  9. Managing stocks and operation equipment on a daily basis for meetings and events/functions.
  10. Ensuring meeting rooms are ready and fully equipped before guest arrival.
  11. Preparing monthly and yearly reports and maintaining tracking sheets.
  12. Preparing commission reports and submitting to accountant/finance teams.
  13. Conducting tele sales calls.
  14. Gathering guest feedback after events.
  15. Supporting sales operations by preparing and managing documents for corporate and leisure clients.
  16. Serving as the primary point of contact between the sales team and clients.
  17. Maintaining and updating critical sales data within company systems.
  18. Assisting in generating sales reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
  19. Coordinating effectively with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
  20. Helping foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  21. Providing administrative support to the sales department.
  22. Delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  1. Clear oral/written communication.
  2. Exemplary time management and organizational skills.
  3. Problem-solving abilities.
  4. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not necessary.
