Position Overview

Ideal candidate should be able to fully set a full-fledged performance strategy for their clients. They are also expected to have hands-on experience in all the platforms and their best practices. The candidate needs to be a numbers-oriented person, capable of making the right decisions for their clients, and will be fully involved in the day-to-day conversation across all clients, helping them grow in the digital/performance space. They will be responsible for developing and delivering a range of performance marketing products, creating & delivering performance marketing strategies, campaign reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft paid performance proposals and presentations.
  2. Manage all paid platforms relationships for accounts under management.
  3. Develop and manage all components of a paid performance campaign, including campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and tracking.
  4. Work closely in sharing and implementing paid channel best practices and beta with clients and collaborate with different platforms on developing the partnership.
  5. Ensure delivery on performance targets for clients.
  6. Monitor & measure performance activity, engagement metrics, analyzing results, translating information into learning & strategic recommendations.
  7. Maintain appropriate high-level client relationships.
  8. Build client respect and be recognized as a leader on their business.
  9. Work closely with Account Managers to identify and deliver performance marketing requirements.
  10. Collaborate with performance manager/planners to deliver on campaigns.
  11. Work closely with other business units within the organization.

KEY Skills Experience

  1. 4-5 years Digital all-rounder with proven experience and a strong understanding of multiple digital media channels as well as a passionate following of new/emerging channels & technologies.
  2. Google Ads and other social platforms like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter ads are essential for this role.
  3. Data-driven and creative to push the envelope on new user acquisition.
  4. Demonstrable interest in ecommerce marketing and knowledge of other online marketing channels and their interactions with each other.
  5. Creative thinker and problem solver to come up with solutions.
  6. Tenacity, resilience, flexibility, and judgment to deal with difficult situations.
