About the Client:

An upcoming educational institution by a well-known school group in UAE.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement strategic operational plans, oversee daily operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with executive leadership.
2. Manage the design, construction, and delivery of new school builds, ensuring all necessary compliances, approvals, and licenses are obtained on time.
3. Develop and audit school operational policies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and keep all trade licenses and contracts up to date.
4. Oversee facility maintenance, transportation logistics, and accommodations, ensuring all are compliant, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
5. Lead technology integration for operational efficiency, manage procurement contracts, and oversee the logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications:

1. Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience, with 5 years experience in a leadership role in Education sector.
3. Masters or relevant certificate is highly desirable.
