Job overview: As the Group Marketing Manager for Food and Beverage, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing and communication strategy for our brands. You will oversee the marketing team and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing plans that align with our business objectives. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for our food and beverage brands to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  2. Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive success in their individual roles.
  3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and maximize our market share.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as culinary, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in marketing efforts.
  5. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline, including digital marketing, PR, events, and promotions.
  6. Manage the marketing budget and ensure all campaigns and projects are delivered within budget and on time.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the game and drive innovation in marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. 5 years of experience in a marketing management role in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and driving growth in the food and beverage sector.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Experience in managing a marketing budget and delivering projects within budget and on time.
  7. Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset, able to use data to inform decision-making.
