Group Manager – Master Planner - Planning & Design

Manage concept master planning projects across various stages of development, from developing visionary concept master plan, and manage consultant design development to deliver final master plan report.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Development of visionary master plans and visualizations to illustrate planning concepts and proposals.
2. Collaborate with design and engineering consultants to develop comprehensive master plan report.
3. Preparing presentations and maps.
4. Preparing master plan project tracking and monitoring progress against established timelines and milestones.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture with 10 years’ experience in consultants or specialist companies.
2. Familiarity with urban design principles, zoning regulations, and planning processes.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
6. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Photoshop.
