Civil Engineer

Primary Accountabilities

1. Lead the proposal development process for respective Accounts.
2. Compliance with requirements of the contract.
3. Effective application of the change control process.
4. Manage and monitor portfolio performance on an ongoing basis to identify issues and opportunities early and take pre-emptive action in collaboration with the overall Core Projects Team.
5. Effectively manage project interfaces, including the use of the Global Delivery Centre.

Commercial Management:

1. Effectively manage Worley / Client contract, including delivery of the budget gross margin.
2. Strong in Management of Change (MOC).
