We are looking to hire for:

Position: Group Legal Advisor

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Nationality: Any Nationality

Language skills: Arabic and English

Gender: Any

Experience: 7-10 years as a legal advisor in the UAE in a reputed company or legal firm.

Benefits: Salary commensurate to experience, company visa, air passage, medical insurance, one month leave, gratuity, etc.

Other qualities:

• Excellent knowledge of laws prevalent in UAE
• Outgoing personality with a flair for meeting people
• High negotiating and convincing skills
• Proactive in representing the company in court and client negotiations
• Strong follow-up and litigation skills for recovering company’s bad debts

Job Responsibilities:

• Practicing preventive law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising contract documentation, including tender documentation
• Providing support, advice, and guidance to project teams and senior managers on legal and contractual matters
• Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters
• Filing and following up on all civil and criminal lawsuits
• Attending court hearings, arbitration, pleadings, and expert meetings
• Recovering company bad debts through litigation
