Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee brand strategy and audience growth across all platforms.
- Develop and implement content strategy in collaboration with the CCO.
- Manage editorial planning, ensuring content is scheduled and aligned with brand goals.
- Commission, write, edit, and proof content across print, web, and social media.
- Create and optimize online content, including articles, podcasts, and videos.
- Represent the brand at events and host in-house brand activities.
- Collaborate with the Art Director on cover selection and visual content.
- Manage and motivate the editorial team, overseeing quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and refine content strategy using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Parsley.
- Ensure compliance with UAE press and publication laws.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Journalism or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in publishing and content management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE media regulations and digital analytics tools.
- Experience leading editorial teams.
