Group Chief Nursing Officer

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated, Group Chief Nursing Officer for their client in UAE which owns and operates hospitals, medical centers and day surgery centers across UAE and the GCC. The vacancy is based in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 15 to 18 years of experience, out of which the recent 5 to 7 years must be as a Chief Nursing Officer within a multispecialty hospital setting with a total minimum bed count of 250+. Candidates with UAE experience are preferred; however, overseas candidates with experience as a CNO within a large hospital setting may also apply for this role. The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and supervision of the nursing services of the group of hospitals, reporting directly to the CEO and also be responsible for dealing with all government and healthcare related issues pertaining to nursing.
