Our client is a diversified group operating in the services business segment, spanning education, healthcare, and facilities management in Dubai, UAE. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across these business verticals in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and market dynamics.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
• Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets through effective strategies and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Heads, to align business development efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare and present sales activity reports, progress updates, and forecasts to the management team.

Must Have’s

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years of sales experience within diverse service-based industries such as healthcare, education, or facilities management.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to deliver results.

Skills:

• Must be a go-getter with the ability to close deals within a short timeframe of joining.
• Strong market knowledge and networking capabilities.
