Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages.
2. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
3. Engage with customers to discuss drink options and make recommendations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
5. Take orders and handle cash and credit card transactions.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
7. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant setting.
2. Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.
3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Attention to detail and cleanliness.
7. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
