Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus for deeper technical expertise.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in grease formulation and development within a manufacturing or research environment.
• Proficiency in ASTM and ISO test methods for lubricants, demonstrating a strong foundation in industry standards and testing protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
