Ethara is looking for a talented, UAE-based graphic designer to join our creative team on Yas Island. The ideal candidate is an intermediate-level designer with experience in advertising agencies, ready to bring dynamic ideas and polished execution to our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute graphic designs aligned with the visions of clients and in sync with Ethara's and relevant events business ambitions.
2. Proficient in all current graphic design techniques and tools to create compelling visuals.
3. Participate actively in team brainstorming and ideation sessions, drawing from and contributing to the pool of creative ideas.
4. Produce initial design drafts that capture the essence, mood, and intent of the project, ensuring alignment with the overarching artistic direction.
5. Work seamlessly with other departments to maintain a consistent and integrated creative direction across projects.
6. Work in tandem with the creative team to finalize designs within specified timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and a solid ability to create brochure layouts and design static digital banners are essential.
2. This role will require immediate start date.
