Graphic Designer with Social Media Experience

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in social media content creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a proven ability to create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and support campaigns across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, advertisements, and videos.
• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, such as banners, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Maintain and ensure consistency with the company’s brand guidelines.

Social Media Content Creation:

• Conceptualize and create visually engaging content tailored to various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Create templates for recurring content and social media themes.

Video and Motion Graphics:

• Edit short videos and create motion graphics for reels, stories, and ads to enhance social media engagement.
• Develop animations and dynamic content for digital campaigns.

Collaboration and Campaign Support:

• Work with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other team members to produce cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance.
• Assist with scheduling and posting content when necessary.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and social media best practices.
• Adapt designs to reflect the current market and platform-specific trends.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content creation.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their visual content requirements.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

• Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Photography or videography skills.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
