Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a young, creative, and skilled Graphic Designer / Video Editor to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various projects, ranging from marketing materials to digital media. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the design aligns with the company's branding and messaging. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, creativity, and proficiency in graphic design software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Create and design a wide range of visual materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, posters, digital ads, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.
3. Creative Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative design ideas that effectively communicate messages and engage the target audience.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and other teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions that meet project goals.
5. Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work under tight schedules.
6. Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal and quality of design materials.
7. Typography: Select and apply appropriate fonts and typography to enhance the aesthetics of designs.
8. Adaptability: Stay updated on design trends, software updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and creativity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
3. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.

Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a bonus.
