Role Purpose
Assist the team in identifying and implementing graphic design strategies, plans, and needs to develop and strengthen the corporate brand of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre and contribute to enhancing the reputation of the centre locally and globally. The Graphic Designer contributes to the implementation of marketing efforts by translating the ideas and goals of the centre projects, initiatives, and programmes into visual designs and creative stories aimed at attracting audiences and target groups in line with best practices and standards and in line with specific marketing goals, priorities, and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Strategies
- Contribute to the implementation of plans and strategies for graphic design to build and develop the corporate brand of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre and to enhance the reputation of the centre locally and globally, as well as to support the development of a brand for each of the centre programmes and initiatives which helps in marketing the centre and its programmes effectively.
Determine The Needs & Goals of Designs & Content
- Coordinate with the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre teams and project managers to determine the necessary designs, content, and details of projects and programmes, provide advice and proposals about them to ensure that the institutional brand, details of content, results are consistent with the objectives of programmes and projects.
- Assist the team in researching and defining the best strategies and practices related to building and promoting the corporate brand and about the developments of graphic design to ensure the improvement and development of contents and designs in line with best practices and market standards.
- Work closely with the team to design content aimed at improving the image of the corporate brand of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre and effectively enhancing the reputation of the centre.
Develop & Implement Designs & Content
- Cooperate with the concerned centre teams and the competent external teams to present proposals and ideas for the development and design of the contents and in translating the ideas and objectives of the centre projects and initiatives into creative contents and stories that attract the audience and the target groups.
- Assist the team in identifying and updating images, logos, and texts and in developing and designing advertisements, brochures, presentations, websites, magazines, reports, and other content using appropriate techniques and means to ensure the improvement of the corporate brand of the centre in the respective markets and sectors.
- Review the final content, ensure its compatibility with the expected results, and provide recommendations and proposals on opportunities to improve and develop designs and content through various means.
- Coordinate with the concerned institutions and partners to contribute as necessary to planning and developing the institutional brand of the centre and any other brand of the centre initiatives and programmes according to the specific needs and desired outputs.
- Prepare, organize reports and documents related to graphic design and provide them to the team as needed according to strategies and plans for developing content and corporate brand.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.
Experience
Fresh graduate, 1-2 years of experience in Content Development or Graphic Design or equivalent.
