Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do:

1. Design & Branding: Develop eye-catching visual content, including social media posts, website graphics, flyers, brochures, banners, and email campaigns, to effectively represent our brand.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy: Manage and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing to increase patient engagement and attract new business.
3. SEO & Analytics: Optimize content for search engines and track the performance of campaigns to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
4. Content Creation & Management: Produce high-quality, informative content related to healthcare services, promotions, and patient success stories to drive engagement.
5. Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with the marketing team to continuously refine our strategies, messaging, and design, keeping our marketing efforts fresh and aligned with our goals.

What We're Looking For:

1. Creative Talent: Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.
2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and analytics tools.
3. Effective Communication: Ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and platforms.
4. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare industry.
5. Experience: Previous experience in design and marketing, preferably with exposure to healthcare or medical industries.
