Job Description

• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to understand project objectives and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Prepare and finalize artwork for production, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and typography before handoff to printers or developers.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders, maintaining a flexible and positive attitude throughout the process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Ensure all design files are organized, labeled, and archived properly for easy access and future reference.
• Use design software proficiently, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality visuals efficiently.
• Develop mockups and prototypes to present concepts to clients and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication of design intentions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or artwork production, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as other relevant design software to ensure versatility in design tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in designs and final artwork, minimizing errors during production.
• Knowledge of print and digital production processes, including pre-press and file preparation for various media.
