Job Responsibilities

• Develop and create innovative designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, posters, and more.
• Conceptualize and execute 2D and 3D design projects with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to understand design needs and ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Utilize knowledge of visual effects to enhance designs and produce engaging visual content.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software advancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D design software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of visual effects and animation software like After Effects or Maya is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a good sense of color, typography, and composition.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle feedback constructively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
