We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our visual merchandising team. This role is central to the conceptualization and execution of visual designs that align with our brand identity and elevate in-store experiences. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the visual merchandising team to bring brand concepts to life through engaging and impactful visual solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within retail.
Experience in conceptualizing graphic design within marketing and advertising agencies.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Creative Design Development
Analyze design briefs to determine requirements and develop illustrations and themed concepts for in-house brand campaigns. Create, propose, and implement ideas and solutions.
Utilize images received from internal and external brands to meet the varied regional requirements of the business.
Create and develop POS content to support various promotions, markdowns, and seasonal campaigns for the business.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, including campaign designs.
Content Development
Creation and adaptation of marketing material received from the brands to meet the cultural, legal, and mall-driven requirements of the business.
Create and develop content to support the social media requirements. Conduct photoshoots when needed.
Create and adapt marketing material to meet social, digital, and video/animation requirements of the business.
Material Management
Suggest alternatives or best use of materials to reduce the cost of producing and staging marketing material.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong conceptual and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
