Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Graphic Designer to join our creative team onsite. The primary focus of this role is designing web and app banners for desktop and mobile platforms to support ongoing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal refreshes. The ideal candidate will also contribute to UI/UX design and support other marketing content needs such as emailers, social media ads, and motion graphics. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure high-impact, brand-consistent visuals across all digital touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Design website and mobile app banners for desktop and mobile layouts aligned with marketing campaigns, seasonal refreshes, and promotional needs.
2. Deliver creatives optimized for various screens, maintaining pixel-perfect quality across devices.
3. Create promotional banners and visual content for the Shopify platform.
4. Collaborate with the product team to support UI/UX design tasks when required (wireframes, mockups, UI elements).
5. Build and design HTML-based emailers compatible with marketing platforms.
6. Create marketing visuals for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and Google ads.
7. Develop visuals for push notifications and in-app banners for the RT app.
8. Perform basic video editing and motion graphics to enhance marketing assets.
9. Assist with creative copywriting for banners and campaign headlines.

Tools & Skills Required:

1. Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
2. Familiarity with HTML, CSS (JavaScript is a plus) for email design
3. Knowledge of Shopify and how to prepare visuals for ecommerce platforms
4. Proficiency with UI/UX tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision
5. Strong understanding of responsive design for mobile and desktop
6. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines with attention to detail

Preference to Have:

1. Experience with Shopify's Liquid language
2. Background in motion design or animation
3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
4. Passion for visual storytelling and customer-centered design
