POSITION PURPOSE :

1. Create best-in-class designs for Sephora ME to delight and inspire our customers.
2. Build strong creative executions during key commercial periods in the year such as Ramadan, Sales and Festive.
3. Effectively manage your timelines and executions.
4. Support stakeholders across departments with ME led executions including PR seeding, Local executions.
5. Create localized product content and packaging.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Graphic Design Execution

1. Create best-in-class graphic design executions that are aligned with Sephora TOV.
2. Create campaign designs for all relevant touchpoints including:
1. Social platforms (IG, FB, Snapchat, TikTok)
2. OOH, DOOH
3. Press kits
4. Ecommerce website and app
5. Packaging
3. Deliver executions on time that ensures brand consistency and quality.
4. Create executions that follow sound marketing principles and industry best practices.
5. Have a solid understanding of design principles for multiple touchpoints (eg. OOH vs. Digital).

Processes and efficiencies

1. Drive your own tasks and timelines with efficiency.
2. Work closely with the rest of the creative team to align creatives across all formats.
3. Align with key stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of creatives.
