Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in creating visually compelling designs and experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment. Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is essential for this role, along with the ability to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand identity and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality designs for various digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and branding materials.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
3. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and meet client specifications.
4. Edit and retouch images to meet project requirements.
5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
6. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge visuals.
7. Prepare final artwork for production and ensure high-quality output for all deliverables.
8. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative input.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably with a digital agency background. Home country experience will be considered.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work across digital and print mediums.
4. Skills:
   1. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
   2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
   3. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
5. Attributes: Creative thinker with a passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Language: Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
