We are urgently seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics, animations, and static designs that align with our brand’s guidelines for our corporate office. This role is ideal for a highly creative individual with a passion for storytelling through visual content and a keen eye for detail. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-impact digital assets for social media, web, advertising, and in-venue screens.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, including social media, websites, email, and in-venue displays.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s aesthetic, voice, and high standards for our corporate marketing division.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and develop innovative motion graphics concepts and visuals.
• Edit video content, apply animations, text overlays, and transitions to create visually stunning assets.
• Maintain organized digital files and manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align motion graphics with campaign objectives and strategies.
• Keep up with the latest motion graphic and animation trends, software, and best practices to continually elevate our visual content.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer within hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment sectors, or corporate.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Creative flair, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding creative solutions.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills.
