Oversee all design elements from conception to final delivery – print, digital, and offline.
Possess a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product and, where applicable, drive up standards of digital creativity.
Identify and define processes that work between corporate and hotel to support the development of toolkits, guidelines, and branding.
Ensure teams adhere to current processes, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and propose and create workflows and tools to support design operations.
Manage the design tracker and workflow to meet designated timelines.
Update and gatekeep brand presentation templates for group implementation and organize files accordingly.
Conduct market trends research to support projects in developing concepts and presentations.
Integrate different media into projects as required to represent the brand in an innovative way.
Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation.
Conceptualize campaign branding and create assets to support marketing materials for the Digital, Sales and Marketing, and Brand Communications departments.
Present or oversee the presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use.
Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, understand best practices for using a content management system, and organize brand assets.
Advise and share feedback on assets shared by property (e.g., photography and video) to ensure alignment with brand standards and guidelines.
Collaborate and contribute as a team player across cross-functional teams to support projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts / Associate's degree in Graphic Design and/or Professional Certificate in Graphic Design and Multimedia preferred.
Minimum 2 years of professional design and multimedia experience.
Extensive and well-rounded portfolio showing a solid and fundamental knowledge of advertising, design, and luxury goods and services.
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
