Graphic Designer vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be expected to create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. They will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, logos, websites, and other products. They should have a keen eye for detail and understand the latest graphic trends. The salary is 1600 AED per month. Immigrants are welcome to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities

The main responsibility of the Graphic Designer will be creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. This includes developing the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, logos, websites, and other products. Additionally, they will be required to:

1. Design layouts using colors, illustrations, or photography.
2. Select photos from stock photos or take pictures.
3. Collaborate with copywriters on promotional ideas.
4. Create images that identify a product or convey a message.
5. Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material as well as font style and size.
6. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them online.
7. Have working knowledge of design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate should possess:

1. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal in English.
2. A strong understanding of layout/design principles/visual hierarchy.
3. Creative thinking abilities by creating original designs from scratch.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and good collaboration skills.
6. Strong time management capabilities.
7. Practical knowledge of marketing principles & strategies.
8. An understanding of trends in the graphic design industry (visual arts).
9. Knowledge of optimizing images for web usage & print output requirements.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Design/Graphic Arts is preferred but not essential if accompanied by relevant experience (2+ years). Candidates with proven experience in graphic design will also be considered provided they can demonstrate their ability to produce high-quality work that meets customer expectations. Knowledge in HTML/CSS coding would be considered an advantage.
