Graduate Specialist - Stakeholder Management

We are seeking a Graduate Specialist to join our Stakeholder Management team based in Abu Dhabi. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills in stakeholder engagement and project management within a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies
• Support the coordination of stakeholder meetings, events, and communications
• Contribute to the creation of stakeholder reports, presentations, and other materials
• Help maintain and update stakeholder databases and CRM systems
• Analyze stakeholder feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on stakeholder initiatives
• Participate in project teams and contribute to the successful delivery of stakeholder-related projects
• Support the development of internal and external communication materials
• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of stakeholder engagement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited University
• Candidates must be 2022 or 2023 graduates
• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
• As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
