Our Account Managers are the sales leads of Insight Global and the face of the organisation. They are focused on building long-lasting partnerships with clients, understanding their business and working as consultants to fill hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop sales through cold calling, lead generation, consultant engagement, and meeting preparation.
2. Build meaningful relationships, brand loyalty, and trust with clients.
3. Mentor a Recruiter from their first day until promotion.
