Graduate Mechanical Engineer UAE Nationals

Location: Albany hybrid

This individual will work closely with the Division of Data and Statistical Analysis within the Office of Health Insurance Programs for the NYS Department of Health, providing expertise in the area of enterprise systems and data architecture, process improvement, and supporting the development of strategic vision and cross-divisional transformation.

Job Duties:

1. Advise the Division Director on matters related to process architecture and improvement, transformational data/systems practice.
2. Synergize divisional elements in the transformational vision/strategy.
3. Collaborate and cooperate with Division of Systems and Operations leadership in the planning of transformational vision/strategy.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analysis with a minimum of ten years of experience.

Master's degree in Business, Data Analysis, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science preferred.

Required Skills:

Experience with the management of technology and data in the health space, including issues with interoperability, data privacy, and data governance.

5-7 years of experience as CDO, CIO, CTO, or similar role specializing in Business-IT alignment and transformational consultancy.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with Medicaid data, handling of PHI/PII, working with large state healthcare systems.
