Job Description

Wood is currently looking for recent Graduate Mechanical Engineer (UAE National) to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

The Incumbent would learn the below:

1. Conduct research, analysis, and troubleshooting to identify, evaluate, propose, implement, and document engineering solutions for clients.
2. Prepare and check engineering drawings.
3. Prepare and check engineering calculations (weight, flow, thermal, stress, etc.) to support designs.
4. Prepare specifications, reports, test plans, design bases, and other technical documents.
5. Prepare material take-offs and bills of material.
6. Prepare cost estimates and schedules.
7. Interface with vendors to obtain technical and commercial information.
8. Interface with clients for project scope development, design reviews, and progress meetings.
9. Travel to client sites during various project stages, conduct field assessments, and provide construction support.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 0-12 months of experience.
